Hon’ble minister for Scheduled Castes Development Department Sri Koppula Eeshwar had been a member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) since 2004. Hon’ble minister is a true leader and earned a name for himself as people’s leader. In a long career in public life, he has a track record of selfless service with humility and empathy. The minister remains committed to socio-economic and educational upliftment of disadvantaged sections of the society .

Sri Rahul Bojja is an upright IAS officer of strong conviction and uncompromising integrity. He gave major thrust to pro-poor policies in a long and distinguished career. He strongly believes that education is the fire to light the candles of social upward mobility along with economic transformation. Sri Rahul Bojja is a socially conscious officer of extraordinary leadership qualities and has a great concern for educational empowerment of poor communities.

Sri. Ronald Rose is an Indian Administrative Service Officer (IAS) of 2006 batch and he gave major thrust to pro-poor policies with a major emphasis on rural livelihoods, poverty alleviation, sanitation, planning, agriculture and education sectors. Ronald Rose is a socially conscious officer of exceptional leadership qualities and currently heading the TSWREIS with a vision to take the Telangana government’s social welfare residential educational institutions to greater heights in the education sector in India and provide quality education to the poorest of the poor children.

Parvathi Devi is a Group – I service officer of 1990 batch (T &A Service). In her 30 years of outstanding service, Parvathi Devi worked in various state government departments including treasury, accounts, pension, corporations and World Bank projects. Presently she is heading the TSWREIS’ finance wing and has been making concerted efforts in achieving the vision of TSWREIS.

Padmavathi belongs to Telangana Revenue Department and started her career as Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO). She held several important positions in the revenue department before she was appointed as Joint Secretary, TSWREIS. Padmavathi is a hard working people’s officer and won the confidence of people for her bold initiatives and people-friendly administration.

Dr. Praveen Mamidala has over 22 years in teaching, research and administrative experience across national and international organizations. With his innovative thoughts fuelled by his passion for students’ progress ensued establishment of Higher Education and Career Guidance Cells in TSWREIS. He is striving hard in transforming degree colleges into centres of academic excellence with a slogan ‘ Opportunities Unlimited’ for students of women degree colleges.

In a career spanning more than three decades, Anantha Laxmi has been making concerted efforts in making sure that every student gets access to quality and value based education. She is passionate about enriching the lives of students and promoting innovative teaching-learning activities in TSWRE Institutions.

As an academician and administrator for over 26 years, Sharadha is known for her determination and commitment in promoting innovative pedagogical practices and making learning more engaging for students. She is a staunch advocate of employing interactive teaching methods. Active engagement of students in classroom, discovering true inherent of potential of students, giving more voice to students and personality development are her key focus areas.

In a career spanning 31 years of successful service, Bhukya Sakru Naik contributed extensively to academic progress of students. He strongly believes that vocational training is the cornerstone of new-age world economy and his goal is to prepare students to meet the requirements of the technology based economy. Sakru Naik has been collaborating with various industries and firms to bridge the gap between imparted knowledge and skill expectations in industry.

D Venkat Lakshmi has 32 years of experience in teaching and administration. She worked as teacher, principal RCO and later appointed as Deputy Secretary. Venkat Lakshmi has been striving hard to provide quality education to students and made an made an outstanding contribution to teaching profession. She strongly believes that there is no better cause than educating the poor children and transforming their lives. She holds a Ph.D degree in English from Kakatiya university, Warangal.

B.Pramod Kumar was a first generation learner in his family and worked his way up from a child laborer in a pharmaceutical company to a Deputy Secretary position in TSWREIS. He joined an Evening College for intermediate studies only to work in daytime. Pramod Kumar’s ardent desire to support his family financially and passion for higher studies made him to look beyond conventional courses in regular higher education institutions. Driven by a strong will, he completed B.Com and Post graduation in Personnel Management from Osmania University through distant mode. Pramod joined TSWREIS in 1993 as JACT and worked in Amenities, Establishment, Court & Disciplinary sections over the years. He rose through the ranks in the TSWREIS and became Deputy Secretary.

Srinivas joined as JACT in 1993 and was subsequently elevated to Deputy Secretary position. In the last 27 years of service with TSWREIS, Srinivas successfully managed Establishment, Recruitment and General Section related matters. He holds a masters degree in political science. In his free time, Srinivas enjoys playing and watching cricket.
